On 12/15/2011, I got a letter from Conceptual Options lawyer threatening to sue me if I didn't take posts about their company down. Their claim was that Theresa Erickson has not held any ownership interest in Conceptual Options since well prior to her plea.
According to Manta, John Erickson as of 12/4/2011 is the owner of Conceptual Options. California is a community state and all property is shared 50/50 within a marriage which should mean that even if Conceptual Options was placed under the ownership of John Erickson that Theresa Erickson still owns the company through marriage and shares in the profits of the company.
At this time, we are still waiting for their lawyer to provide details on the current ownership and the details of the ownership change that he claims happened well before Theresa Erickson's plea agreement.
